The design of Villa Midori is based on the fusion between the necessities of the daily life and the wonderful environment in which the villa is framed. The building is located on the highest part of the plot, to maximize the open garden space that embraces the villa. Adding to the spacious indoor spaces of the villa, the outdoor offers semi-covered terraces designed to enjoy the pleasant climate of the Costa del Sol.
Villa Midori, distributed on three levels, has been designed with the greatest care, maximizing the comfort of all spaces. The opening towards the South West orientation is making the most of the natural light input.
A functional and sustainable design which seeks to achieve maximum energy efficiency.
The ground floor of Villa Midori is accessed through a semi-covered porch that communicates with a wide and spectacular double height space, in which the vertical connection core of the house is located. Around it, there are three bedrooms equipped with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The living area is configured as a wide and open space where we find a large kitchen, dining area, toilet, laundry and reading area. The boundary between exterior and interior becomes very diffuse, extending to the outdoor to an ample terrace.
On the first floor, we find two spacious master suites open to a wide partially covered terrace overlooking the garden. The stairs of the villa connect with the roof terrace, where we can enjoy a spacious solarium with wonderful sea views.
